Functions
Machines Espag, drainage and equalization in one profile style. Pieces are barcode marked and
queued on infeed table. Barcode is read on entry to machining area. Machining heads are
automatically utilized to window requirement, also has a manual override function. Sash parts
without machining pass straight-through the high speed belt system. Machine capable of 1 sash per
minute.
History
Installed from new at Abbott Joinery, nr Eastbourne. Has been used in conjunction with sawing centre for high speed sash production, but can be used as standalone machine. Purchased from Liquidator Jul 08.
